Try to capture a crash dump. You should be able to get it with the following steps:

Thanks @m417z. Should I post the results here? Or should I dig up some documentation about how to interpret crash dumps? |

I don't allow Windows Update to run freely. Instead, I keep it paused & run it manually about once a month. Since the last round of updates, about 3 weeks ago, my Explorer.exe is crashing a couple times per day. Half the time it cannot auto-restart on its own, and I need to kill it with Process Explorer. Sometimes it cannot start at all, and I need to kill Windhawk.exe too. Then Explorer starts normally.
This is Windhawk 1.6.1 and Windows 11 Enterprise 25H2.
Has anyone else experienced this?
I'm currently trying to narrow down which mod is causing the issue by running with only one mod enabled at a time. Once I figure out which one it is, I will troubleshoot further.
Does anyone have any thoughts or insights about this situation?
Thanks.
