Make it easy to copy configuration

Hi,

I install Windhawk on all my machines and try to make sure the settings are similar everywhere as well. Right now I am doing that by copying a pre-configured copy of the portable installation onto the machine at startup. There are some problems with this setup:

• Copying everything takes a long time and makes no sense if Windhawk hasn't been updated to a new version - I only really want to copy the configuration and the plugins.
• If there is a new version of Windhawk, I need to update my local copy, then copy my local copy to the main copy. Otherwise, once I reboot my machine the new version will get overwritten with the old one.
• If Windhawk is already started, I cannot overwrite a lot of the files as they are in use.

It would be nice if Windhawk had a single folder that contained all the config details that I could copy instead of copying everything. On startup, Windhawk would then need to install any plugins in the config settings that aren't installed yet (optionally asking the user to confirm this first).
