Reoccurrence of classic queue pread eof crash on 4.1.2 (continuation of #12367 and #13758)

Describe the bug

Encountering the same issue as described in #14181, but with version 4.1.2 and on windows operating system (windows server 2022).

Seeing the same stack trace as described in #14181 , crashes in rabbit_msg_store.

Reproduction steps

1.Install 4.1.2
2.Run some workload
3.Experience crash in different queues with rabbit_msg_store in stacktrace

Expected behavior

not crash

@tomerrt we cannot suggest anything with the reproduction step 2.

We are engineers, not magicians. With work with relevant data (logs, metrics, steps to reproduce a problem at least some of the time). I do not see how this is meaningfully different from #14181.

You can always switch to quorum queues, they use a completely different storage system.
