This error means that the connection has been severed. At this point no more information is available. It could be because the daemons have been reset before the mirai has resolved, e.g. library(mirai)

m <- mirai(Sys.sleep(2))
daemons(0) # reset daemons before `m` has resolved
m$data
#> 'errorValue' int 19 | Connection reset
info()
