In my current setup, I noticed that this tests fails when called three or more times. Seems that "support_files" subdirectories pile up at the target location, like: /qiita_test/BIOM/4/support_files/support_files

I am not sure yet how to resolve this issue OR if this is a general issue or just shows in my docker container setup - but wanted to leave a note.

Well, this is pretty weird and I'm wondering if the issue is that the DB/filepaths are not being cleaned up after each tests. Do you have the full structure of those paths? I'm wondering if what's happening is that every iteration all the files are being created within the support_files until the path is too long to actually work.
