Popover takes two clicks to close when inline Datepicker is focused #8270

Describe the bug
When I have an inline datepicker inside of a popover, if I select a date it takes two clicks outside the popover to close it. I believe this issue was fixed recently for most cases, but the fix did not account for this case.
Here is an example of the issue:

I've submitted a PR that fixes the issue, and works for all the examples.

- It will take 2 clicks to close the popover
Expected behavior
Clicking outside the popover closes it
