November changes from Microsoft to Document Library UI

My team came across this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qNSElXitpOg. It appears that Microsoft is going to be releasing changes to Document Library, in November, to make it similar to the One Drive experience. This change will have a significant impact on the custom menu that my team has created. The last change that Microsoft pushed out hit our Targeted tenant 2 days prior to rolling out our Standard site, for this upcoming change 2 days is not enough.

Does anyone know of a way to get these changes earlier? 2 to 4 weeks would be ideal.
