deprecated rimraf version

Describe the bug
Rimraf versions prior to v4 are no longer supported but version 3 is being used.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• npm install @storybook/test-runner@0.23.0

Expected behavior
No warnings should be there.

Additional context
As discussed in this issue (storybookjs/test-runner#530) the upgrade needs to be done on your side.
