Upload bigger File results in File which has NewLines

I try to upload a File (178.599.971 Byte). After the Upload i check the uploaded File, which has one to six Bytes more than the source File.
When I compare the two Files, the new Bytes are NewLines (LF) in the uploaded File.

Has somebody a idea why and how this new Lines occours?
