Following on the discussion, we need to add the following chapter(s) to the paper

1. Introduction to version control
2. Benefits of Git

Also called out that we can have best and bad practices in Git in the final chapter

It would be good to discuss why we should choose git over other systems such as SVN. A lot of companies already using SVN might wonder if it’s worth the hassle to switch. A lot of it could come down to the tooling developed around git which SVN is lacking e.g. integrated version control within SAS EG is for git only
