Unit Test

For the moment I have marked a few additional test as skipped. These need reviewed and a solution decided upon for replacing the use of sqlite backed test in the mysql package. I'm open to ideas.

There is also the question of whether we want to move the duplicate test which are currently in /unit but marked as part of the integration group to the /integration test suite. This is my preferred direction. Many of the test are actually duplicates which I am not in favor of having. Just because there is 300 test running does not mean the coverage is any better.
