Ellipsis is not removed when "Read more" is clicked

When you add an ellipsis=".." to the element it will stay when read-more is clicked. This causes words to be separated by the ellipsis which is serves no purpose.

It would be great if the ellipsis is only shown when the text is not expanded.

I've fixed this issue in my fork at http://github.com/laffer1/angular-readmore/ starting with version 1.0.1. It's also available via bower.
