Investigate and fix issues with Node.js v16

Pa11y Dashboard hangs forever when doing certain tasks (for example, adding a new URL) when running on Node.js v16.

Older versions seem unaffected.

Were you able to solve this? I'm trying to get pa11y-dashboard configured for the first time and can't add any sites (endless hang). thought I did something wrong but triple-checked the instructions and I'm stumped!

Hi @zachatkinson!

Unfortunately this hasn't been fixed yet, you will need to use an older version of Node.js for the dashboard to work.
