feat, add githubapp profile display endpoints, and regenerate profile (#2636)

note they only return data for now, not store it. This was OK'd by
@jameslaneovermind . As we have not finalised the data we want to
display

I spoke with @DavidS-ovm about the scope here, this is purely can we get
the data, that @jameslaneovermind wants to see.

Storing, and potentially background jobs for this will happen in the
future.
