this report makes little sense, as storage buildings CAN be inside landuse=plant_nursery

at absolute minimum "how to fix" should reming people that in many cases building inside landuse=plant_nursery (or farmland) is in fact valid and they should use "mark as a false positive"

I think this contradicts the wiki (certainly for farmland vs farmyard as you bring them up). There's no plants growing on the buildings.
We already exclude small buildings and if they're in a multipolygon to be outside of the growth area of plants.

Explicitly pointing to the false positive button would be strange as this holds for every issue.

yes, but it is landuse=plant_nursery not landuse=plant_nursery_but_only_area_where_plants_are_grown

and some plant nurseries definitely have some plants grown INSIDE buildings, or kept there.

then maybe each "How to fix" should have extra (separately defined and translated) appended section reminding about "mark as false positive"? Because over and over again people make bogus edits to please Osmose QA - and many are surprised that some suggestions may be wrong.

And while description has "are usually located on the farmyard, not on the farmland" the "✅ How to Fix" section sounds far less definitive.
