NRF52840 deep sleep and sleep memory

Hello everyone, just to save people a bit of research time, I wrote this micropython helper file that makes deep sleep available for the NRF52840 (at least the Seeed Xiao, and the Nice! Nano and the Nrf52840 Super Nano). It contains a function that reads and writes to the 2 bytes of the deep sleep memory made available by the board, as well as user specified registers. There is also a function for wake on pin, and to get which pin woke up the device. Everything is explained in a readme file. Hope this helps! (Especially if you're trying to power your project with batteries)
