i haven't encountered any problems with the org.

I'm seeing a few features that are active here that weren't active before, so thanks for that 🙌

one thing I've noticed lately is that GitHub CIs are taking a much longer time to start running, they pend for a runner to show up

I'm not sure if it's a global thing or something else, but if it's something i need to do, I'd appreciate a tip

I'm not sure that's something related to our org specifically. If you find something that indicates that, please let us know. However, my guess is that all public, free plans are impacted the same as what you're noticing.
