How can I use the newly released GPT-5.1 with the new reasoning mode none using the openai .net package

Thank you for reaching out, @doorman02. You can do the following:

ResponseCreationOptions options = new()
{
    ReasoningOptions = new ResponseReasoningOptions()
    {
        ReasoningEffortLevel = new ResponseReasoningEffortLevel("none")
    }
};

We will soon add a factory so that you can do ReasoningEffortLevel = ResponseReasoningEffortLevel.None, which is nicer. But you can use the code above for now to get unblocked.
