"Click" to reply a button message

Hi!,
Is there a way to make the API 'click' a button? I'm using Wa automate for testing purposes. The idea is to receive a message with a button and click it to check if it's working.

The bot sends the buttons using the official WhatsApp API. We only need to 'click' on that button to send a response.
