Issues with Profile T Test Cases Not Being Detected in Client Test Tool (ONVIF)

Dear ONVIF Community,

I am currently encountering some issues with the ONVIF Client Test Tool v.24.12 while testing cameras that are confirmed to be T Profile compliant. The test cases for the T Profile are being executed, but I am facing some challenges with a number of test cases that are not being detected by the Client Test Tool.

Camera Details:

1. UNV - Model: IPC2328SBR5-DPZ
2. Honeywell - Model: HC35WB5R2

Both of the above cameras are confirmed to be T Profile compliant.

Test Cases Not Detected:
The following test cases were not detected by the Client Test Tool, despite us confirming that the cameras support PTZ functionality via the Device Test Tool:

1. Set Synchronization Point
2. Discovery
3. Device Discovery Type Filter
4. PTZ Pan Tilt Continuous Positioning
5. PTZ using Media2 Absolute Positioning - Spherical Positions Space Degrees
6. PTZ using Media2 Absolute Positioning - Pan Tilt Position Generic Space
7. PTZ using Media2 Absolute Positioning - Zoom Position Generic Space
8. PTZ using Media2 Pan Tilt Continuous Positioning
9. PTZ using Media2 Zoom Continuous Positioning

The above test cases are not detected at all by the Client Test Tool, even though the cameras clearly support PTZ functionality.
Below are the attached screenshots that they support PTZ features.

Could anyone please help in identifying the possible reasons why these test cases are not being detected by the Client Test Tool? Is there a known issue or configuration that might cause this? I would appreciate any insights into why these specific tests are being missed.

Another concern I have relates to the "Optional Action Not Implemented" response, which I am seeing from both of the above cameras. This seems to indicate that the camera does not implement a certain action, which might be an optional feature.

Since these cameras are stated to be T Profile compliant, I would like to clarify:

Why is an optional feature still considered a mandatory test case for T Profile compliance?
If the feature is optional and cameras are T compliant, should it not be excluded from mandatory testing for T compliance?
This is an area I am unsure about, and I would greatly appreciate any clarification or guidance on whether this is expected behavior in the context of T Profile compliance.

Could you provide a wireshark logs which have been used in CTT?

It is not clear what could be the issue given the information.

We can see that for only PTZ Continuous there is no device that supports it. But this feature is conditional for a Profile T device but mandatory for a client.

The reasons why the feature can be grey after conformance in CTT:

No required scenario is detected in provided traces. It means that the traces do not have the communication.
Device does not list required feature in its Feature List (because it does not support it). We only see this for PTZ Continuous in the
attached screenshot.
So, to understand why these features are grey we need more information - traces and feature lists will be the best bet. Or at least the Output log of conformance.
