Hi all,
currently the Modelsim Backend is missing in the Flow API. I believe this feature would be nice to have. There has been a similiar unanswered pull request here before. As the existing pull request did not working for me in the most recent version of edalize (0.6.1), I implemented a version of the Modelsim backend which uses the
EdaCommandsobject.So far I have tested the backend with my personal setup, which includes CoCoTb via the flow parameter
cocotb_module. I am happy to implement suitable general testcases if you find this pull request useful. I am open for feedback, comments or questions anytime.
