Rename a folder and a file

How do I rename a file and a folder in the repository, while keeping the folder/file history?

Octokit.net currently only offers a wrapper around renaming users in user administration. Perhaps you could try creating a branch and making those changes using octokit.net and then submitting a PR for it?
