Wrong redirection of https link #45

Issue
When attempting to access https://ocsigen.org/lwt page, the visitor is redirected to the unsecure http://ocsigen.org/lwt/5.2.0/manual/manual page instead of https://ocsigen.org/lwt/5.2.0/manual/manual.
Suggestion
It would probably be best to always enforce https connections everywhere, not only in this precise situation.
