Have a place to share the customised keymapping

Since neo-tree is very flexible, and I already created(copied) some of the customised keybinding and might be quite helpful.

And I think maybe some other people also have the some good snippet that I can copy and use.

So like Lazy-Extras, neo-tree also can have some extra function ready for user to just pickup to use.

Could be change into something like this
