Support GitLab for Nuxt Studio as GitHub alternative

GitLab is Open Source (in contrast to GitHub) and loved in many open source and privacy-focused / enterprise projects.

It would be great if Nuxt Studio would allow using GitLab instead of GitHub!
Both would make a perfect fit from the open source ❤️
