No flask-restplus release has been made in over a year

Is there a plan to start doing releases again?

I think this library is great! And I see that main maintainer is kinda busy. So I can assume he is just taking his time, which is ok if we want a nice polished new release.

Looking at how busy @noirbizarre is right now, I'm not sure it's reasonable to ask for scheduled updates (or even roadmaps).

Given the high number of users of this module and the number of PR/Issues, would you consider welcoming new maintainers? I'm sure some people are eager to invest time on this project (and maybe even work on OpenAPI v3 support) :-)
