Settings tabs titles not clearly visible when using blank nextcloud theming

Cannot see the settings tabs titles when nextcloud theme is blank

Steps to reproduce

1. configure nextcloud theming in blank (/settings/admin/theming, color = FFFFFF)
2. go to the passman setting page (apps/passman/#/vault//settings)
3. Check the tabs, the user cannot see the tabs titles, or boxes

Expected behaviour

The tabs should be clearly visible

Actual behaviour

The tabs are not clearly visible
