Add flag to disable syncing remote trash bin in mac OS VFS' local trash bin #8673

Description

@marcotrevisan

Desktop clients showing the behaviour: MacOS-vfs 3.16.6 and 3.17.x (perhaps less recent versions too)

The client now adds sync of the deleted items in the remote trash with the client's local trash.

It would be very welcome to allow the user decide wether or not to activate the remote trash sync in the client. By default IMHO it would be a much better idea to leave it disabled.

This is because most users might decide to wipe their trash bin because they see it clogged, without knowing what they're really doing under the hoods.
The other popular "virtual drive" implementations are not keeping local trash in sync with the remote one as well, AFAIK.

Thanks!
