yeah, the question is: what steps did you do that failed? Where did you click? What did you type? What happened? What do you expect to happen?

I clicked on the top app, cookbook, took me to the cook book page, then I clicked I add recipes . Typed all the info for said recipe and clicked save. The it gave me an error to check logs. Couldn't figure out the logs and I try to chmod permissions if it was wrote problem. That didn't work

I fixed it, i had to use sudo chmod -R 777 on the drive i have nextcloud installed on. (:

Ok, this implies, you have some serious permission problem in you NC installation. But nice to hear you found some solution.

Well intended hint (generally speaking): Fix the permission issue. This will be a can of worms if not attended to.
