Add possibility for filtering custom object references for custom objects

Proposed functionality

If two custom object types exist, and one refers another, there is no option in the table filter to filter by the references object.
However, this kind of filtering is possible in case a custom object is referenced by a custom field (from a non-custom object)

Use case

This allows for more convenient views and filtering without the need of writing a custom view, and also aligns with the existing filtering functionality for custom-field object reference to custom-object
