Meshing Module not working :( 3D meshing... Error : - Failed to read msh file

Good evening!,

I have installed Neper on my computer ARM processor Windows through WSL. I have turn off multithreading, installed, uninstalled everything, used older versions and I still cannot get the meshing module working. I get 43 test bad (All M) even after getting the newer gmsh verison running, I've tried getting older Ubuntu, everything and still get errors and aborted meshing. I don't know what to do anymore and would appreciate help.

This is the usual order of command.

neper -T -n 50 -reg 1 -morpho gg -o simulation

I also am able to visualize the structure.

As you can see this is multithread, using only one the issue remains.

And yes, I has tried with a newer version of neper, I have gmsh and still don't know what is wrong. I can answer any additional information on my setup.
