[Breaking Release] Get rid of the test_utils.rs #229
Description
Background
After PR #217. We wanted to refactor the code, but we knew this would break code on the MPC side.
For this we had added extra functions and wrappers in the mod.rs file that are unecessary for the code run itself but might be useful for outer libraries.

Acceptance Criteria
Get rid of these functions when we plan to do a big release with breaking changes.
