Job level metrics with webhook configuration

Is this possible? Since switching to the webhook model the gitlab_ci_pipeline_job_* metrics don't appear to get populated any more.

Having read through the code, if I understand correctly, the webhook request just triggers a manual request of the data from the API - it doesn't use the data sent in the webhook request. Setting pull.pipeline.jobs.enabled:true has now enabled job metrics.
