Release of swaylock-plugin corresponding to swaywm/swaylock v1.8.1. See the v1.8.1 release notes for upstream changes. In addition to some bug fixes, changes specific to swaylock-plugin include:

• 13f641d: Implementing zwp_linux_buffer_params_v1.create
• 7df380e: Adding (no-op) support for the wl_data_device_manager interface
• 3a6ea3b: Implement viewport and fractional-scale-v1 protocols.
• 969b502: Add a "grace period" feature to optionally allow unlocking the screen by mouse motion or key press in the first few seconds after the screen locks; this is useful when running swaylock-plugin from swayidle.

Note: swaylock-plugin will be released at least as often as upstream swaylock, but possibly more often if enough changes accumulate or if anyone requests a new release. The major and minor version components should be kept in sync with swaylock, but the patch component may increase more frequently. The new-release-request thread is #20.
