Anyone using Reorder with React 19

[turboRails]

When upgraded to latest packages (including React 19),
every repository I tried have an issue with Reorder.

Drag In down direction can moves over only 1 item
No problem in reverse direction(top) moves over any number of items.

EDIT: It seems the issue with only version ^12 and not react 19.
version ^11 works with no issue either react version.

[turboRails]

stick to version 11.x for now.
