Out of Memory Error when Accessing a Local SQLite 3 Database

When attempting to connect to a local SQLite 3 database through the ODBC wrapper I get the following error on the pyodbc.connect call: pyodbc.Error: ('HY000', '[HY000] out of memory (-1) (SQLDriverConnect)'); the connection string is Driver=SQLite ODBC Driver;Database=<absolute path to>\db.sqlite3.

Environment:

• Python: CPython 3.12.4 (64-bit)
• pyodbc: 5.2.0
• OS: Windows 10
• DB: SQLite 3 (db.zip)
• Driver: SQLite 3 ODBC driver v0.99991 (from: http://www.ch-werner.de/sqliteodbc/)

Try using Driver=SQLite3 ODBC Driver instead of Driver=SQLite ODBC Driver
