Animation for redirect

When I clicked on a redirect link, the website need to take time to receive the page content, but during this period, the ui has no sign of you clicked the link. It would be good to have a animation that notify the user that is link is clicked and it is loading.

It could be a Gaussian blur of the current page and a loading bar below the tabs, and after the page is loaded, update the ui to the new page.
