Build Instructions?

Hello!

I'm looking to make a version of this extension as-is, but with one small change: I'd like the maximumTimeout under extension/src/util/index.ts to be a bit longer. (I couldn't find a configuration setting for this under the currently available settings, so hopefully I'm not reinventing the wheel there. :] ) I created a codespace, made my change, and ran "npx vsce package", but this failed because it could not find the .dist folder.

Any assistance at all on how to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated, I hope everyone has a wonderful day!
