Implementing the Basic Search

Hi

It is said in https://microsoft.github.io/graphrag/query/overview/ that :

Basic Search
GraphRAG includes a rudimentary implementation of basic vector RAG to make it easy to compare different search results based on the type of question you are asking. You can specify the top k txt unit chunks to include in the summarization context.

I would like to indeed do a test of the basic vector RAG feature; but I was not able to it: I'm unable to understand what are the lib functions that I should use and if additional configuration are required.

What I would like to achieve is :

• Test basic vector RAG
• More precisely see how my query fetches chunks
• And also be able to see how the final LLM prompt is formatted.

Could anyone provide example on how to achieve this or any advice ?

P.S. Just noticed unified-search-app existed, I'll have a look.
