Azure AI Foundry – Will I Be Charged?

Hi,
I'm using a Pay-As-You-Go Azure account and no longer have the free credits available for new accounts.
I'm unsure whether using Azure AI Foundry will generate charges—this part isn't very clear.

I'm from Brazil, and just to give some context: 1 USD equals 6 BRL here 😅

If you are a student or if you have @.edu email address then you can get 1 year free to use all azure services and no credit card required. PS : I'm in the US
