chore: remove scheduled GHAs

### Issues addressed
I don't want us to run scheduled GHAs -- that can only cost us money and
will not be useful. (I did not check if it actually is costing us money,
I just see them running and assume it does).

### Summary of changes
Remove all scheduled jobs.

### Test Plan
- [ ] CI doesn't complain about these changes
