Feature Request: credit card monthly period and automatic debit from defined accounts

Hi,

This is my first ever GitHub request, so please excuse me if I’m not following certain protocols.

To get to the point, it would be great to add the following to the Credit Card accounts:
1-Monthly statement start and end date
2- monthly repayment date
3- repayment account.

In reality, current credit card statement starts on the 19th of every month until the 18th of the next month. At the start of the third month, an automatic direct debit from my checking account is made to cover the statement.

As an example, transactions between 19 April and 18 of May are debited from the checking account on the 1st of June. Transactions taking place on 19th of May will be debited on 1st of July.

Creating the workflow and allowing users to define the parameters will allow for tailored automation.
