Bug description

Unable to re-add a deleted user email address to the household

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Account Settings and scroll down to Household section
  2. Click on Add member and input an email address then send the invitation
  3. Sign up/Login to the account with the new email address on a private browser window
  4. Go back to the original account (Admin) and delete the new user
  5. Try to send an invite with the same email address used in step 2

Expected behavior

User should be able to send an invite to a deleted email address
