Feature Request - Configure Currency Prefixes

Describe the feature

I noticed when setting my currency to NZD, all amounts become prefixed with NZ$. This is unnecessary as it is my default currency. It would be nice to be able to omit this as I do not need to be reminded that I am operating in NZD.

Conversely, if I do have anything in USD, it appears to be missing the currency prefix. I would expect it to be US$ as I might mistake this foreign currency for my home currency.

Why is this feature important?

To reduce cognitive strain and make Maybe UI more natural and decluttered. And to avoid confusion when interacting with USD.

@beanaroo this is actually something we did recently to prevent confusion between USD and other currencies that use the $ symbol. By default, we're showing USD as $ and all other currencies that use $ with the prefix.

Previously, your screenshot above would have shown both as simply $, which was causing lots of confusion.

I think what might make more sense here is to use $ for the family's primary currency (if $ is the symbol) and then prefix all other $ currencies.

Thanks @zachgoll. That would be awesome. In my case, I only use NZD, so prefixes aren't very meaningful.

I imagine having the option to always prefix could benefit folks who do have accounts across NZ, AU, SG, US, CA, etc.
