Feature request: Ability to sort accounts in sidebar and in dashboard

Bug description

Accounts are not sorted on homepage.

@mikolajek-fr Right now, accounts are sorted by weight (balance) in descending order, so the ones with higher balances appear first.

It looks like the accounts are sorted by absolute values, i.e. exchange rates aren't taken into account. If we want to keep ordering the accounts by balance, I would expect the kr account here to be shown first (1 kr ~ 2.3 Kč):

That's it. So it's a functionality, not a bug :)

I think it's difficult to find your way around with 20+ accounts on Maybe and balance sorting. For 2 or 3 accounts, it's easy, but a parameter to choose which sorting criteria is used would be very useful.

@justinfar is there a easy/straightforward way for us to provide a sorting preference for accounts in the UI? Or do we need to move this to feature requests?
