Using both, 1.0.2 from this repo as well as @ergo720's fork and its version 1.0.4 don't have any results for me.

Hi @Stanzilla, using @ergo720's fix is working for us. I took liberty to look at your repository. I notice your feature_request template doesn't have any required header title fields. Whilst your bug report template does. Which can explain why your invalid ticket didn't auto close.

This isn't actually a bug, but rather a misconfiguration on the users part. Other than possibly making the docs clearer, there isn't anything to fixed here, and this issue could probably be closed..
