Need an example for Inmemory Cache key value pair

Trying to cache a key value pair and get value based on a key in apis.

How can I set a simple key value though instead of using the decorator ?

I have a setup like this though

Somewhere in deployments to Docker there is a shell script which launches the FastAPI like this
