Bringup Gentoo Builder #2
Description
- Create Gentoo-based docker container with all the relevant development dependencies
- Write script to build a list of packages we want to build with dependency information
- Dependency-free (or preinstalled) builder skeleton.
- Push build artifacts to a build cache using a binary package format
- Pull needed dependencies from buildcache
