[ID] Kubernetes Documentation Localization Standardization Proposal

This proposal defines the standard localization guidelines for translating Kubernetes documentation from English to Indonesian (EN → ID) consistently.

2. Translation Rules

2.1 Terminology Consistency

• Follow the example standardized translations above. Will add more later on per reviews.
• Do not mix English and Indonesian terms unless necessary.
• Do not translate CLI commands or terminal output (e.g., kubectl get pods should remain in English).
• No need to translate service types (e.g., ClusterIP, NodePort, LoadBalancer, ExternalName, Headless).
• No need to translate object types (e.g., Pods, Deployments, ReplicaSets, StatefulSets, DaemonSets, PersistentVolume, Service, Namespaces, ConfigMaps, Secrets, CronJob, ReplicationController and Job).

2.2 Language Style

• Use formal and standard Indonesian (avoid casual or slang terms).
• Avoid word-for-word translation; focus on meaning and clarity.
• Always refer any technical term at the first mention in the document to the glossary.
• Use active voice whenever possible.

Example:
✅ Correct: "Pod menjalankan satu atau lebih kontainer."
❌ Incorrect: "Sebuah Pod menjalankan satu atau lebih kontainer." (too rigid)

3. Formatting Guidelines

• Always capitalize joined technical terms (e.g., "API Server", "ConfigMap", "DaemonSet", "ReplicaSet", etc).
• Italicize foreign terms that are not yet fully adopted or not widely understood in Indonesian. (e.g., "Node").
• Keep writing concise and clear while preserving the original meaning.
• CLI commands and code snippets remain in English and should be formatted in inline code (kubectl apply -f).

Ah, I just found out that there is already documentation for this at https://kubernetes.io/id/docs/contribute/localization_id/. I think I'll update that instead of making a new one. Thanks for pointing out the directory, mas!
