Many package managers in the Prefetching Dependencies article are missing specific procedures for obtaining content in the standard Konflux build pipelines.

Much of this content exists in the Hermeto project docs, however these procedures are optimized for the CLI experience. These instructions need to be translated/applied to the Tekton pipeline.
